Individual Training Solutions (ITS) was formed in 2001. We are the leading training provider for NVQ's in Health and Social Care, RMA, Childcare, Child Care Learning and Development and all other associated awards such as the A1 assessor award, Training and Development qualifications and Business Management awards.

Our mission, at Individual Training Solutions, is simple. We aim to offer all businesses a one-stop, high quality and cost-effective training service.

We promise to deliver up to date, relevant and professional training. In doing so, we want to build a relationship that helps you to develop your staff and invest in your business for the future.

ITS, working closely with Leon Learning and Development Consortium, have recently become an accredited Assessment Centre with City & Guilds and work with one of the leading colleges in Devon. We have access to various streams of funding which will benefit organisations in reaching their NVQ targets in line with the National Training Strategy and CSCI (Commission of Social Care Inspectorate).

Some NVQ's will be FREE.

We are currently working with Torbay Council and the Care Trust, private fostering agencies, schools and many other private agencies. We have had a long term history with these professional bodies and have recently been commissioned to provide the training for 2007/08.
